Our shareholders

Key players in world and European agribusiness, most of ARD’s shareholders are deeply rooted in the Nort-East quarter of France (the Champagne-Ardenne and Lorraine regions).  With a cumulated turnover of several billion euros, these companies decided to pool their R&D resources as early as 1989, in order to create a centre of excellence at the Bazancourt-Pomacle biorefinery.

With the recent creation of an industrial demonstration unit (BioDémo), our shareholders confirmed their commitment to support ARD and invest in the high-potential sector of industrial biotechnology.
